Job Description
1- Market development:
• Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the company's products/services;
• In charge of trading & developing the organic fertilizer market;
• Take care of customers by area and according to the company's data support;
• Finding, maintaining and developing a network of potential customers and partners (directly or indirectly);
• Directly implementing and urging the implementation of plans and contracts, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers;
• Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...;
• Monitor the contract performance, support the accounting department to control and urge the debt;
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in accordance with the correct process;
• Sales growth as planned;
• Go on a business trip to the province;
• Make reports at the request of superiors.
2- Collect customer information, market situation
• Collecting and reporting customer data in the area in charge;
• Collect market situation: brands are distributing strongly in the market in charge, pricing policies and promotions of competitors.
