Job Description

    - Job details: - Research and update information on the real estate market and projects distributed by the company.
    - Identify and develop potential customers and advise them on products that suit their needs.
    - Assisting customers throughout the deposit process, contract signing, and completion of transaction procedures.
    - Provide customer service, monitor payment progress, and ensure customer rights are protected.
    - Coordinate with relevant departments to process documents and transactions.
    - Prepare regular work reports.

    - Job requirements: - Passion for business and real estate.
    - No experience required; candidates without experience will receive comprehensive training from scratch.
    - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in business, consulting, customer service, or real estate.
    - Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
    - Agile, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
    - Possesses effective planning and work management skills.
    - Proficient in basic office computer skills.

    - Basic salary from 00,000 – 15,000,000 VND/month, based on performance (excluding KPIs and commissions)
