Job description
Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek out new clients who need interior design, construction, and decoration services.
Advise, introduce, and persuade customers to use the company's interior design services and products.
Understand the client's needs and investment capabilities to advise on suitable solutions.
Provide quotations, negotiate, and sign contracts with clients.
Monitor contract progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction.
Proactively update on market trends and customer needs in order to propose effective business solutions.
Maintain and develop relationships with individual and business clients such as apartments, townhouses, villas, offices, restaurants, hotels, cafes, etc.
Candidate requirements
Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Pleasant speaking voice, confident, hardworking, and proactive at work.
Have at least one year of experience in furniture sales or related fields.
A passion for interior design and knowledge of interior design is an advantage.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Skills in searching for, filtering information, and effectively approaching customers.
A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle work pressure.
Interest
Attractive salary ranging from 8 to 20 million VND per month (negotiable based on ability).
Project commission bonus, 13th-month salary.
