- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search for, develop, and work with local distributors and wholesalers.
- Establish a regional sales network (Tier 1 and Tier 2 dealers).
- Introduce the product into retail store systems (grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.)
- Monitor product displays and implement promotional programs at points of sale.
- Supporting brands in achieving their market reach and sales targets.
- Gather market information: competitors, selling prices, distribution channel situation.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in channel sales within the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry.
- Having a reliable distributor/wholesaler source is mandatory (direct connection is possible).
- Familiar with offline channels: wholesale markets, local shops, grocery stores, etc.
- Ability to travel to market locations frequently and work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
Priority (plus points)
- Experienced in the following product categories: personal care, sanitary napkins, consumer goods.
- Canal resources are available in Ho Chi Minh City.
- A list of retail stores is available.
- Experienced in managing dealers/distributors.
3. BENEFITS
- Income: Fixed salary of 18,000,000 – 22,000,000 VND /month (depending on ability and network)
- Income mechanism:
- Sales commission: 1% – 5%
- Bonus for opening new distributors: 500,000 – 3,000,000 VND / partner
- Sales coverage bonus: based on KPI milestones.
- Performance bonuses and monthly/quarterly incentive programs.
- Actual (projected) income:
- Achieve KPI: 20 – 30 million VND/month
- Good salary range: 30 – 40 million VND+/month
- Excellent: 50 million+/month
The main income comes from commissions and bonuses, suitable for candidates with an existing network and the ability to independently develop the market.
