- Job details:

• Provide consultation and close sales with customers through online channels: Facebook, Zalo, Website, Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop (if available).
• Responding to messages and comments, providing customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Track orders and coordinate with the warehouse and operations departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Update product information and promotions for customers.
• Manage customer data, generate daily/weekly sales reports.
• Handling basic customer feedback and complaints.

- Job requirements:

• Male/Female aged 18-30 or older, with a personal laptop/phone.
• Good communication skills, fast typing speed, and willingness to text or call customers.
• Possesses a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility towards sales targets.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in online sales, customer service, or telesales (training will be provided for those without experience).
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Zalo, and Google Sheets is an advantage.
