JOB DETAILS:
The real estate sales specialist position involves advising clients, acquiring and maintaining client relationships, and handling necessary procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise customers and take them to view the project;
- Customer acquisition and care;
- Perform procedures for customers;
- Implement online marketing plans;
- Participate in internal training courses;
- Prepare required reports: daily, monthly, quarterly reports, and reports on potential customers;
- Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from college or higher with a major in Business Administration, Real Estate Economics, or other related fields;
- No experience required;
- Passionate about real estate business.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as report writing and synthesis skills;
- Analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly responsible;
- Service-oriented mindset, providing excellent support for the team.
