- Learn and research about the company's products to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers

- Customer care after sales, maintaining relationships with current customers and finding and establishing business relationships with new customers. Report customer contact content to direct Management.

- Responsible for content: writing articles, reporting activities and images of project products to update news to target customers

- Develop sales channels on digital platforms

- Prepare a draft contract after the customer has basically agreed, and send it to the immediate superior for comments on the contract terms.

- Directly implement the contract, including establishing delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.

- Support the Accounting Department in debt collection

- Some other jobs as requested by superiors.
