JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer care for agents is handed over

• Search and develop new customers
• Propose sales plans, sales promotion plans and ensure the implementation of the plans is completed on schedule
• Plan regular customer care, advise customers on using the company's products and services.
• Carry out other relevant requests of management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College or higher majoring in economics and business administration.
• Agile and serious in work
• Priority is given to candidates with sales experience and desire to stay long-term
• Have confidence, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills with customers

REMUNERATION POLICY

• Stable fixed salary of 6-9 million, total income from 15 to 30 million.
• 13th month salary bonus
