JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer care for agents is handed over
- Search and develop new customers
- Propose sales plans, sales promotion plans and ensure the implementation of the plans is completed on schedule
- Plan regular customer care, advise customers on using the company's products and services.
- Carry out other relevant requests of management.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in economics and business administration.
- Agile and serious in work
- Priority is given to candidates with sales experience and desire to stay long-term
- Have confidence, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills with customers
REMUNERATION POLICY
- Stable fixed salary of 6-9 million, total income from 15 to 30 million.
- 13th month salary bonus
