Job Description

1. Make a business plan, approach, find customers
• Make a business plan from time to time.
• Exploiting the source of group guests for the hotel.
• Use sales channels to sell rooms, sell services to find potential customers for the hotel.
• Exchange, negotiate the terms of the contract and sign the contract with the customer.
2. Customer care:
• Responsible for monitoring service quality, proactively contacting and visiting customers.
• Quickly solve problems and problems that arise during the contract implementation.
• Planning and implementing visits, gifts and incentives with important customers and partners, especially during holidays and Tet.
• Implement business and advertising campaigns:
• Coordinate with employees of the department and related departments to plan and organize business campaigns and hotel advertising.
• Coordinate the implementation of business campaigns, advertising existing and new products and services of the hotel.
• Monitor the implementation process and evaluate its effectiveness.
3. Market development
• Make a plan to develop the hotel market: find new target customers, find out new use values of products - services...
• Implementation of market development plans.
4. Other jobs
• Create and store customer data.
• Update the new needs of customers and proactively propose ideas to improve business efficiency for the hotel.
• Support work related to the implementation of communication and PR programs for the hotel.
• Make periodic work reports and fully participate in departmental and hotel meetings.
• Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.
