Maintain and develop existing customer network: record and process orders,
- Research customer needs and find potential customers in many fields in the assigned area (directly or indirectly).
- Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the company's products/services.
- Customer care during product use, service consulting.
- Directly implement and supervise contract implementation: delivery, invoice issuance, product quality inspection, until contract liquidation.
- Receive and handle customer inquiries and complaints about product quality and delivery.
- Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential for product/service business development.
- Prepare weekly, monthly reports and weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports to superiors.
- Other tasks as required.

***REQUEST:

• Degree: College / University.
• Major: Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration.
• Experience: at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Foreign language: English communication, good listening and speaking skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in office computer, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills, negotiation, bargaining, bargaining and persuasion skills.
• Skills in drafting documents, quotes, contracts, bidding documents, etc.
• Priority: candidates with knowledge of Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture; knowing how to use AutoCad, Sketch-up, Revit.... is an advantage
