Maintain and develop existing customer network: record and process orders,
- Research customer needs and find potential customers in many fields in the assigned area (directly or indirectly).
- Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the company's products/services.
- Customer care during product use, service consulting.
- Directly implement and supervise contract implementation: delivery, invoice issuance, product quality inspection, until contract liquidation.
- Receive and handle customer inquiries and complaints about product quality and delivery.
- Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential for product/service business development.
- Prepare weekly, monthly reports and weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports to superiors.
- Other tasks as required.
