1. Management and development of supermarket channels
- Work directly with MT system industries: Coop, BigC, Lotte, GS25, Satrafoods...
- Build and maintain good relationships with industry managers
- Propose promotional programs and display products at points of sale.
2. Sell and achieve sales targets
- Monthly/quarterly sales planning
- Monitor and achieve sales targets assigned by the company
- Monitor inventory at the supermarket and ensure timely supply.
3. Manage displayed goods, orders and debts
- Manage goods and arrange displays at supermarkets;
- Check orders and related documents;
- Monitor and coordinate debt collection on time.
4. Work report
- Check in/out and take daily report photos on the company's system software
- Report on sales, inventory, and promotions
- Synthesize, analyze and propose improvements.
- Report on display images at the supermarket.
5. Other jobs
- Support organizing events, sampling, cooking demos... at supermarkets.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
