2. Job description:
- Realizing the office rental business with the support of the business manager and the company to successfully close the deal
- Search for potential customers (trained): Advertising, telesale...
- Receive customers' office rental needs.
- Participate in implementing office rental transactions (bringing visitors to the project, making deposits,...) with related departments...
- Proactively make decisions and negotiate with customers.
3. Job requirements:
- Have 1 year or more experience in a similar position
- Proactively solve problems.
- Progress in work. Ability to learn and grasp problems quickly.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in office rental or real estate sales
- Have a modern sales mindset and use e-commerce tools well.
