- Research, collect information on projects, survey the market, exploit and search for potential customers who need architectural design, interior, construction, interior and exterior finishing (accept, guide, support to meet customers and consult when starting work). Customers rely on the project of the Company that is focusing on or search for individuals.

- Understand customer needs to advise on appropriate services and product packages.

- Call potential customers.

- Coordinate with other departments to make contracts and quotes for items according to customer requirements.

- Receive customer requests sent to the Design department, coordinate with other departments to complete the work.

- Monitor the progress of related departments to promptly inform customers.

- Perform other tasks as required by superiors
