1. Objective
Search, build and develop customer network, promote sales and expand market.
2. Job description
Search and approach potential customers in the fields of construction, electromechanical, design consulting, and fire protection locally.
Introduce the Company's products and services to customers, especially gas fire extinguishing systems manufactured by the Company (FM200, CO, Novec...).
Collect information on technical requirements and customer needs, make quotations and plans.
Monitor progress of quotations, contracts and assist customers in handling issues arising during negotiations.
After-sales customer care, ensuring good experience and facilitating repeat orders.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
3. Candidate requirements
Priority is given to those with experience in the B2B, B2C fields, especially in engineering, construction, electromechanics, and fire protection.
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Have a proactive spirit, responsibility, and be able to withstand sales pressure.
Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, Email...)
4. Income
Income when reaching 100% KPI: Negotiable
Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
Fixed salary: 7 - 10 million VND
Fixed salary regardless of sales
5. Work location
Ho Chi Minh: 97 Nguyen Oanh, Ward 10, Go Vap District
6. Working time
Monday - Friday (from 08:00 to 17:00)
Saturday (from 08:00 to 12:00)
