Receive data from management
- Call customers to introduce the company's products/services, consult, negotiate, persuade customers to use them. (Customer data from the company running ads, data from posting on the company's assigned page-group, self-searched data).
- Find out customer information and needs over the phone.
- Support customers with installation at showroom.
- Find car sales (car company sales, sales at used car showrooms) to cooperate with and support them in consulting individual customers to buy cars.
- Answer customer questions and problems about the company's products/services.
- Manage customer information and update on database system.
- Build relationships with customers and learn about their needs and desires to close sales.
- Timely complaint handling
Perform work as required by the Department Head.
Support other tasks as directed by superiors.
