JOB DESCRIPTION REAL ESTATE SALES STAFF Viet Anh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company Thanh Xuan Branch - Working location: 176 Khuong Dinh, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
1. JOB DETAILS- Search, advise and take care of customers who need to buy or sell residential land in Hanoi (data supported by the company)
- Take customers to see houses, advise on legal information and support transaction steps
- Negotiate and close deals under the guidance of team leader/department head
- Teamwork, coordination with departments to take care of customers effectively
- Update product information, customer data and report work results weekly
2. Income & benefits:- Fixed salary support: 6-10 million/month (depending on ability)
- Allowance: 1 million/month
- Attractive commission: 10% 39%/transaction
- Trade 1 house, immediate income 15-30 million
- Bonus: 3-5 million/transaction
- Monthly and quarterly sales bonus, Tet bonus, 13th month salary
