Job Description
Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in many fields (direct or indirect).
Introduce, advise and persuade customers to use the company's products and services.
Directly implement and supervise the implementation of the contract. Including the following procedures: Quotation - price negotiation - order closing - contract signing - monitoring order progress, checking the quality of delivered products with customers (if any)
Receive and handle customer complaints about products and services.
Monitor contract liquidation process, support accounting department to collect debt. Responsible until customer completes payment.
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to procedures.
Make reports related to work situation. For example, survey customer needs, competitor activity trends.
