1. JOB DETAILS
- Receive and develop the company's existing customer files: Japan, FDI, Data center, Heavy industry, LNG, and Building.
- Establish relationships with the team: Construction contractors, Factories, Trading companies, Construction project design consultants.
- Consulting customers and offering products, as well as the company's solutions to civil and industrial construction projects to achieve effective business targets.
- Care & meet customers to build, maintain and develop relationships with influencers/intermediaries/decision makers.
- Search for more potential customers, build customer profiles and databases.
- Plan and implement project and customer care on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Deploy the preparation of bidding documents, separate the volume and quote materials for customers.
- Go to the construction site to consult on operations, techniques, and handle defective goods for customers when there are problems or when requested by customers.
2. Experience required:
- Male/Female, Born in 1995 2000.
- College/University graduate majoring in Economics or Engineering.
- Negotiation skills, Communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, time management.
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is an advantage.
- Have 2 years or more of sales experience in the field of Industrial Valves and Pumps (an advantage) or sales related to engineering, equipment, and mechanics.
3. Benefits:
- Fixed salary is negotiated based on ability from 10-15 million + bonus based on ability/revenue/hot bonus/target bonus/special bonus.
