- JOB DESCRIPTION

• Find new customers and introduce automatic irrigation and fertilizer systems operating on the HIFARM platform
• Listen, absorb and find solutions to customer requests, persuade customers to use the company's equipment.
• Quickly update product and market knowledge to advise customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in the Company to implement and evaluate business activities.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Priority is given to candidates with degrees in related fields such as Agriculture, Business Administration, etc.
• Candidates with experience in the field of fertilizers, irrigation systems, machinery, agricultural equipment, ... is a plus.
• Have good negotiation, presentation and communication skills with customers
• Confident in communication, able to persuade, flexible in behavior,
• Basic use of office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Passionate about business, dynamic, quick learner.
• Can go to markets in neighboring provinces.
