Job Description

• Research, study, analyze and update information about the Company's products;
• Consulting and introducing genuine perfume products to customers through online/offline channels;
• Receive and process orders, track delivery process, ensure best customer experience;
• Customer care before - during - after sales, building long-term relationships with potential customers;
• Actively exploit and develop new customer sources, propose appropriate sales programs;
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement sales campaigns, mini games, livestream;
• Participate in contributing ideas for product development, improving service quality and customer care;
