Job Description:
Search, approach potential customers and introduce company products/services.
Care for and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
Consulting and answering customer questions about products/services.
Negotiate, negotiate contracts and close deals.
Ensure sales targets according to company regulations.
Business performance report.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
Graduated from College/University with related major (Economics, Business Administration, Marketing,
...)
Candidates have experience in selling high-end real estate products such as Shophouse, Villa
of Vingroup, Sun Group, Nova, Gamuda, Masterise or similar is a big advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good looking, professional.
Withstand sales pressure, have a high sense of responsibility.
Can work in Ho Chi Minh City but close deals in Vung Tau.
Interest:
Salary: From 5,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND (depending on experience and ability).
40% sales commission, unlimited income based on ability.
