Job Description
Learn and research about the Company's toy and car accessory products to introduce, advise and answer questions for customers.
After-sales customer care, maintain relationships with current customers.
Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
Report to management on customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential for product/service business development.
Find new customer sources, need to build data, expand and develop relationships.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Monthly income from 15,000,000 VND to 25,000,000 VND/month; Lunch allowance 30,000 VND/working day + KPI bonus. Participate fully in insurance regimes as prescribed by law. Collective activities, teambuilding 1-2 times/year, events, internal training. 13th month salary, seniority bonus based on working time.
