- Exploit and search for information of customers who need to design and construct complete interiors (Offices, Villas, houses, hotels, hospitals.)

- Market research, competitor analysis, customer psychology/taste, trends in the field of interior design.

- Analyze and select target customers;

- Collect customer information, build customer database.

- Directly contact potential customers from the Company's data system or self-search list to introduce products and services.

- Carry out contract signing procedures and product handover to customers using the service;

- Participate in settlement and debt collection.

- Receive and handle problems, complaints, and answer all customer questions related to the Company's products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.

- After-sales customer care, maintain relationships and interactions with customers, encourage them to recommend and reuse products.
