Design master plan, details, total investment estimates for construction investment projects.
Design and sketch architectural plans for the Company's investment projects.
Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to Project Planning and Architecture.
Manage and control planning and architectural design documents. Work directly with partners such as design consultants and construction contractors on project-related issues to ensure quality and progress requirements.
Update regulations, standards and documents in the field of construction and architecture.
Prepare documents and develop the Company's construction projects.
Work with relevant agencies and departments on project investment preparation work.
Directly responsible to the company's leadership for the technical and aesthetic criteria of the assigned drawing documents.
Coordinate work with project teams; Support individuals and departments in work related to Architecture/Interior/Real Estate.
Plan to manage the quality and progress of architectural design documents for the project.
