- Job details:

• Conceptualizing, designing layouts, and creating 3D models of rooms.
• Prepare construction drawings (architecture, electrical terminals, interior design).
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to agree on a construction plan and methods that are appropriate to the actual situation.
• Work with the main contractor.
• Assisting with quantity surveying and procurement of decorative items.

- Job requirements:

• Ages 25-35;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Graduated with a degree in architecture and interior design.
• Possesses basic knowledge of architectural design principles, layout, and proportion;
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, etc., and Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A spirit of learning, a desire for self-improvement, and a willingness to acquire new knowledge;
• Creative and a good team player. Passionate about interior design and eager to learn and stay updated on new trends.
• Honest, highly responsible, and proactive in their work;
