- In charge of all social compliance issues based on customer requirements
- Set up CSR according to buyer's requirements and local laws.
- Establish and implement WRAP, C-TPAT, Quality system: Policy writing, production, internal audit.
- Monitor and plan for improvements after the Better Work assessment.
- Do CAP and follow up after audit.
- Meet with customers to receive new updates.
- Monitoring HSE safety in the factory:
- Health: Monitoring medicine cabinets, medical examination, first aid, making accident reports in accordance with the law.
- Safety: make evacuation plans, manage and inspect fire fighting vehicles, carry out fire fighting work according to Vietnamese law, manage chemical safety.
- Supervising occupational safety at the factory, making monthly industrial hygiene and safety reports.
- Environment: report on environmental monitoring every 6 months, check the construction environment every year, make hazardous waste reports, monitor environmental indicators, check the wastewater treatment system daily.
- Read, understand and update laws: labor law, environmental law, chemical law, social insurance law, fire prevention law.
- Support the clinic department and the social insurance department to manage illness, material, occupational accident and occupational disease
