- Checking the import and export reports of the concrete factory/station including: CCDC warehouse/ Raw materials, assets and equipment.

- Check inventory reports, consumption norms.

- Check the reasonableness of payment documents (invoice, warehouse, VAT invoice ...)

--> Ensure property/equipment has been checked for stock and fit prior to purchase.

- Check the import and export of goods of stations and factories according to regulations.

- Check and summarize monthly/quarterly raw material inventory data.

- Check price approval documents to control purchasing costs.

- Search and expand suppliers

- Control and check payment and refund documents.

- Identify, analyze and evaluate risks in the control work and provide recommended solutions to overcome risks.
