- Meeting at the beginning of the shift/shift to update information and assign/receive jobs according to the scope of responsibility
- Maintain equipment and facilities in the guest service area and working area. Implement asset management according to the group's procedures to ensure optimal use of assets
- Ensure hygiene and landscape infrastructure in the guest service area/office meet standards
- Implement Checklist of work, facilities, service quality according to regulations at each location
Work items arise
- Connect with related departments to handle arising / incidents in time, have an effective and fast rescue plan, ensure services provided within the scope of their work
- Proposing solutions and reporting to superior employees in cases beyond their ability to handle in order to receive timely direction and guidance.
- Perform reports and arising tasks as assigned by superiors
2. Customer Service
Category of recurring work
Ticket counter, control gate
- Consulting products, services, ticket prices, providing full information, answering questions directly to customers at the ticket counter/control gate
- Guiding guests in and out at ACM gates / control gates / locker areas
- Receive, return, store L&F items and coordinate with An Ninh to verify information from customers
- Coordinate with transport team to pick up and drop off hotel guests (applicable to outdoor VAP/Safari area)

- Handling problems related to card/ ACM/ cashier system, read loudspeaker when requested from customers
