- Check product quality: for glued products (adhesion of glued joints, glued joints, gap between glued joints, specifications, weight, box folding line); for staple products (number of staples, staple distance, staple distance from box edge, specifications, weight, box fold line); for die-cut products (die-cut lines, specifications, weight).

- Measure wave height.
- Check the tying of crates: number of crates/bundles (according to production slip), loose/tight straps. - Check finished products loaded on pallets: number of bundles/pallets, attach identification stamps, wrap shrink film around pallets.

- Control product quality according to the prescribed frequency of the process of gluing, closing, and stapling the carton.

- Record the inspection process in the Product Quality Control Sheet and report to the Department Head when there are quality-related issues or when requested.

-Recommend to stop production and make a record when detecting quality-related nonconformities.

- Clean the work area and quality testing equipment of the Quality Department.

- Fully participate in meetings of the Quality department and seriously carry out the work proposed by the meeting.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
