Report to the WPC shift management center periodically or suddenly.
Coordinate with NMSX/QA to perform work.
Check batch head, check periodically.
Check extrusion, UV, laminating, press brake, sanding and other processes when required.
Responsible for coordinating with the Factory to prevent non-conforming products as soon as they are discovered.
Record product parameters after each period and enter reports for the responsible stage.
Prepare product quality inspection reports during shifts and keep them in files.
Responsible for ensuring 6S in work area.
Responsible for tools and equipment assigned during work.
