- Arrange goods according to the warehouse layout diagram, conditions for preserving goods, ensuring goods are easy to find and exported in the shortest time.
- Correctly divide the addresses of goods stored and preserved in warehouses (cold storage, frozen storage and dry storage).
- Ensure goods are always counted and updated with accurate inventory during periodic and unscheduled inventories.
- Check product dates and quality of products stored in the warehouse to be able to rotate goods to the sales area conveniently and scientifically.
- Ensure the principle of first in - first out.
- Ensure that stored goods are always in a clean condition, meeting sales standards, not damaged, not expired...
- Ensure the warehouse area is always clean and tidy.
- Ensuring fire safety in the warehouse area.
- Ensure adequate food hygiene and safety conditions.
- Carry out inventory work as arranged by direct management, ensuring inventory data is complete, realistic, and in accordance with Company regulations.
- Carry out the work of receiving goods, ensuring receipt of goods on the correct date, quality and quantity on the PO.

- Receive incoming goods, inventory and arrange them into the warehouse according to the correct storage plan, ensuring the best preservation of goods.
- Inspect goods, check product dates, ensure correct information, correct quantity, and correct quality of goods when entering the warehouse.
- Stock and release warehouse upon request from management, ensuring the amount of goods ready to serve customers in the store.
- Record and notify relevant departments when goods have unusual problems or incorrect import information.
- Receive information from the sales department, rotate goods promptly to ensure timely supply of products to customers.
- Carry out goods inspection and return goods to the supplier when the supplier delivers the goods.
- Internal import and export of goods between stores when there is a transfer order from the company or manager

Candidate requirements

• Male 18-35 years old, graduated from high school or higher, good health, agile, diligent, careful, responsible at work.
• Having knowledge about food, fresh products, vegetables and fruits is an advantage.
• Understand warehouse operating specifications, import - export - inventory processes
• Honest, careful, meticulous, thoughtful and able to withstand work pressure.

Working time

Monday - Sunday (from 06:00 to 22:30)

Working hours rotate shifts during the week. Work schedule will be arranged according to the store manager. There are 26 working days in a month, and one day off per week.
