1. JOB DESCRIPTION OF OFFICE STAFF
Monitor the import and export of goods in the warehouse
+ Check the accuracy of the goods import and export requirements according to the correct process, note the type, quantity and signatures of the parties involved...
+ Directly or supervise the import and export of the Company's goods
+ Sign for receipt on documents after receiving goods or finished goods with full counting confirmation. Save vouchers and transfer them to the accounting department
+ Save the content of the warehouse import / export note on the management software (if any)
Prepare goods for export
+ Receive orders to prepare goods from the sales department
+ Prepare goods according to the requirements, comply with the principle of first in first out, pay attention to the expiry date
+ Perform order packing (if necessary)
+ Transporting goods related to the area preparing for shipment according to regulations
Organize and manage goods in the warehouse + Make and accurately grasp the warehouse map, from the aisle to the item, where to put each item
+ Sorting and arranging goods according to the diagram, ensuring science, neatness, ensuring inventory
+ Pay attention to items that are easily damaged or broken; Pay more attention in shipping
+ Write information tags for each item including item code, color, size, expiry date (if any) and tag the corresponding tag exactly on each shelf
+ Regularly check to ensure the correct quantity and quality of goods according to regulations
+ Conduct inventory, report if there is any deviation
+ Check and list perishable or nearly expired items that need urgent liquidation - make a list to send to the sales department for timely and appropriate handling solutions
+ Keep the warehouse clean, ensure ventilation, fire safety...
