Requirements for Visual - Technical Staff when implementing projects: - Communicate with designers to understand customer needs. - Create 2D -3D drawings, permission drawings and construction technical drawings. - Current status survey. - Design 2D technical drawings according to the requirements of the lead designer. - 3D rendering at the request of the lead designer (if any). - Consulting and developing technical drawings based on quotation items and drawing implementation table of the lead designer. + Fitout + M&E + Furniture - Procedures for applying for construction permits as required. - Managing construction progress and developing technical drawings. - Consultancy, supervision, technical confirmation to ensure the implementation of the project. - Prepare materials, and construction documents according to the requirements of the lead designer.
