WORK CONTENT- Collect, classify, and arrange input and output invoices.
- Prepare payment documents for foreign currency transfer and return import documents when requested by the bank.
- Accounting into accounting software: Input invoices, output invoices, imports, banking, cash, salary, social insurance, fixed asset modules, CCDC,...
- Check and compare VAT invoices with purchase and sale lists
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax reports and annual financial reports.
- Some other tasks: Issuing VAT invoices, monitoring contracts, paying taxes...
WORKING TIME: Every Monday - Friday (morning 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; afternoon: 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.), closed Saturday & Sunday
