Job Description:
- Declare and submit monthly VAT and PIT declarations on time.
- Prepare financial reports according to the provisions of the Law
- Check and compare detailed and summary accounting data related to taxes with management data.
- Review tax records, check detailed books, summarize and close accounting books according to regulations.
- Coordinate with accounting departments and branches to periodically compare tax reporting data to ensure consistency with settlement.
- Timely update and implement new regulations on tax policies related to the company's operations.
- Coordinate with team leader to calculate product cost, balance monthly tax and monitor other taxes (if any).
- Synthesize invoices and documents to account for and track taxes.
- Store tax accounting records and books fully and in accordance with regulations.

Level: - University/College majoring in Accounting - Finance or related field.
- Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar position, Understanding of tax regulations, accounting standards and related legal documents.
- Skills: Proficient in office computer, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software.
Other requirements: Honest, responsible for work, able to coordinate well with departments and divisions
Working hours: From 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break). Closed on Sundays and Saturdays in the middle of the month
