Check and compare data between bank statements, treasury books, receipts and payments; Check the terms of arising transactions; Check that the ending balance is reasonable and matches the detailed reports.
Track debts of the corporate office block, general management of debts of the whole company.
Print detailed book and summarize office block documents, summarize the company according to regulations.
Proficient in the use of accounting software
Job requirements
Graduated from University with major in accounting, auditing and finance.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar position; Having accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize and master the accounting regime; Perform duties accurately and in accordance with regulations.
Soft skills: flexibility, agility; good communication and negotiation; have the ability to convince.
Ability to organize and manage time effectively, think sharp, quick, careful, diligent, inquisitive, leadership and decision-making.
Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ..), good English skills is an advantage.
