- Receive requests to export components of KTV; Warehouse check stock status; if any output to KTV; If there is no file, send it to the ordering department.
- Arrange the positions in the warehouse neatly; place; correct part number.
- Receive components directly from Netco delivered; Carefully check components quantity; When the quality is sufficient and the actual quantity is correct with the system, then sign for certification; Cases where components on the system and in reality do not match; make a record of goods confirmation signed by the carrier.
- Update new components received on GSPN and An Ninh; stamp LK code; D/O arranges on shelves and then delivers to KTV.
- Receipt of old components from the reception to return to the warehouse: replacement link / 3 month error / New error... Update information on GSPN and Shipment returned to Samsung. (Instruction file included)
- Periodic stock checking by day; month; precious; year; Maintain inventory records.
