- Job details:

• Document management & data entry
• Check the warehouse receipts, invoices, and related documents.
• Record all transactions fully and accurately.
• Ensure that all documents are fully signed and stored according to regulations.
  • Inventory tracking and control
• Compare the data from the accounting software with the actual data in the warehouse (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Track goods and raw materials by item code, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable).
• Alert relevant departments about low stock levels, long-standing inventory, and products nearing their expiration date.
  • Inventory & Reporting
• Coordinate with the warehouse manager to conduct regular and unscheduled inventory checks.
• Prepare an inventory report, document any discrepancies (if any), and propose solutions.
• Prepare inventory reports, including import-export-stock reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with the Supply Department to control the flow of goods.
• Providing general accounting support related to inventory.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from college/university with a major in: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse accounting/inventory control position.
• Proficient in Excel (vlookup, etc.).
• Understanding warehouse management processes and inventory accounting principles.
• Careful, honest, and responsible; good data reconciliation skills.
• Preference: Candidates with experience in e-commerce or manufacturing.
