Receiving and processing import and export requests:

Check and compare the actual quantity and type of goods with the information on the documents.

Manage and update inventory information fully and accurately.

Plan to import goods according to business needs.

Receive import/export requests from relevant departments.

Create warehouse receipts/exports and update goods information on the warehouse management system in a timely and correct manner.

Manage and update warehouse data:

Regularly and accurately update product information into the warehouse management system.

Update the usage status of warehouse materials and goods periodically.

Monitor inventory status, promptly detect and handle shortages and excess quantities.

Store and preserve import/export documents according to regulations.

Periodically report inventory and import and export of goods to superiors.

Check and Compare Information:

Receive records, images and documents from other Departments.

Update, check and compare data information on the system.

Other tasks as required by superiors.

1 year experience in similar position preferred.

Salary: 8 million 9 million.

Working hours: 8:00-17:00; Monday-Saturday, (60-minute break).
