Job Description

• Master accounting operations: revenue - expenditure - cash book, expenditure estimates, taxes, Company bank account management
• Tax finalization report: monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Enter sales invoices and input invoices
• Monitor debts from suppliers and customers and pay debts
• Payment of salary, advances and monthly expenses
• Store documents: invoices, contracts, import and export slips,...
• Synthesize data and prepare P&L reports
• Support providing documents to service units performing tax work upon request
• Prepare declarations and pay taxes: VAT, CIT, PIT,...
• Implement regulations on personal income tax: register tax code, family deductions; Carry out periodic personal income tax declaration and finalization
• Other tasks as directed by the Director
