Monitor and record all kinds of accounting transactions arising at the unit.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, tax declarations, financial statements and other reports at the request of superiors.
Synthesize invoices and arising vouchers for tracking and accounting.
- Monitor and report accounts receivable / payable.
- Follow up the accounting of bank sub-books/accounting books.
- Follow up the purchase contract of goods and services at home and abroad of the department
