Job Description

• Check and monitor the schedule of import - export goods in accordance with regulations.
• Regularly report to superiors on work progress.
• Combine the warehouse keeper to arrange and arrange the goods in the warehouse neatly and properly.
• Ensure the principle that goods are divided according to each category.
• Regularly re-counting goods during the day to match actual data and software.
• Check related documents such as invoices, export and import documents, etc.
• Check the quantity of goods in stock, goods have been classified correctly and in order.
• Perform accounting for goods in and out of warehouse and issue customer invoices when required.
• Monitor, list and summarize liabilities and revenue every day.
• Compare documents carefully to limit errors, make detailed invoices and documents
• Summarize the work progress in the month, report monthly to summarize the situation of import and export goods.
• Inventory the remaining quantity of goods after 1 month.
• Report to superiors on the situation for the month.
• Support other arising tasks when required by Management.
