JOB DESCRIPTION
Import and export goods within the company.
Processing data in internal software of the company.
Prepare legal documents, product records, sales contracts with customer units.
Debt management, expenses and record keeping.
In charge of making price reports, products for customers. And do some other work as required by management.
Check and compare data of departments, divisions, arising clauses and balance detailed and general accounting data.
Collecting and synthesizing accounting data when required.
Collect, store, preserve vouchers, keep accounting data confidential.
Prepare periodic financial reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from college with major in accounting.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Having accounting professional capacity, ability to synthesize and master the accounting regime.
Organize, arrange and develop a plan to perform assigned tasks.
Ability to synthesize and analyze reports. Perform duties accurately and in accordance with regulations.
Use computers proficiently. Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel).
Hardworking, enthusiastic, eager to learn.
Happy, sociable personality knowing how to communicate with customers is an advantage.
