Vinh Hai Manufacturing & Construction Co., Ltd specializes in exploiting and manufacturing construction stone. Due to the need to expand business, Vinh Hai Manufacturing & Construction Co., Ltd needs to recruit the position of accountant as follows:
I. 01 position as an accountant to issue sales invoices and debts
- Receive data from the sales department, statistics for each customer
- Compare quantity and unit price with customers and sales department
- Check customer information (name, tax code, address) correctly to make VAT invoices and email to customers.
- Make a reconciliation table of each customer's debt, send mail to customers.
- Coordinate with debt accounting to make customer debt reports.
- Support accounting and payment work
- Other related arising transactions.
- Detailed jobs will be discussed directly during the interview
II. Job requirements
- Quantity: 01
- Female under 30 years old.
- Graduated from high school in corporate finance and accounting
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience
- Diligent, enthusiastic, hard working for a long time
- Proficient in office computers
- Wage agreement. 2 months probationary period.
- Participating in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to labor law
- 13th month salary bonus, holidays, salary increase approval according to the company's policy regulations.
