Recruiting accounting staff to train valuation for banks as follows:
- Check the legal documents of the assessed property according to the ownership documents.
- Valuation of assigned property.
- Surveys collect information on prices, assess the trend of price movements for assets in the future.
- Prepare asset valuation reports to ensure timely, accurate and complete information, in accordance with the company's regulations.
- Check the current state of the property, find out all the information related to the property; path, determine disputes and claims (if any).
- Independently prepare asset valuation certificate.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Valuation Department.
