1. Periodically make a spreadsheet of revenue for customers, send them to compare and issue invoices. Follow up debt with customers.
2. Monitor internal cash books at warehouses,
3. Periodically compare and check with suppliers, make payments on time,
4. Record all arising transactions into accounting software.
5. Monthly, prepare financial statements, check and compare the figures on the financial statements with bank statements, social insurance reports, tax reports,...
6. Quarterly, prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, PIT,…) on time.
7. Prepare and submit final settlement financial statements on time,
8. Statistics and synthesis of data when required.
9. Provide data to the Board of Directors or functional units upon request.
10. Store accounting data according to regulations.
11. Requirements:
- Diligent, careful, honest
- Experience: No experience required, training will be provided upon receipt.
- University degree
- Age: 22 years old and up
- Knowledge of Misa software is an advantage
- Probation period: 02 months
12. Working time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday
