- Updating, checking, recording data, accounting:
+ In charge of internal accounting work arising at Binh Dinh An Vien establishment;
+ Accounting of materials, tools and equipment (Inventory accounting)
+ Cost accounting for Construction of Kim province, Construction of Tomb;
+ Payment accounting (Payment slips, receipts at Binh Dinh An Vien;
+ Accounts payable accounting (Payables to suppliers, other payables);
+ Accounts receivable accounting (Receivables from customers, other receivables);
+ Receive, check and review the legitimacy of invoices and documents.
+ Updating information in accounting books and vouchers according to the accounting regime.
- Control receipts and payments and reconcile debts
+ Support cashier in collection and expenditure, cash counting
- Planning and reporting work as prescribed.
- Know how to make tax reports, understand and prepare financial statements (the better).
- Know how to use accounting software
