1. Sales accountant: works at District 7 office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage customer information, books, and documents related to sales.
- Update prices and new products.
- Enter purchase and sales data into accounting software.
- Summarize daily sales and purchase data and report to the Chief Accountant.
- Check and compare purchase and sales data on the software with inventory and debt data.
- At the end of the day, enter a detailed list of sales invoices and calculate the total value of goods sold. VAT (if any) on the day.
- Perform reconciliation with the warehouse keeper on output and inventory quantities at the end of the day.
- Enter sales and purchase data into accounting software, INVOICE TO CUSTOMERS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College of Accounting or higher.
- Age ranges from years old, candidates with experience of 1 year or more is an advantage.
- Having knowledge of accounting operations is a priority.
- Honest, careful and responsible at work.
- Computer: Priority is given to candidates who know how to use MISA accounting software and are fluent in Word and Excel.
- Can accept job immediately.

2. Warehouse accountant: working in Binh Chanh
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage warehoused goods and raw materials.
- Manage data information on import/export of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare vouchers and issue corresponding warehouse vouchers.
- Monitor incoming goods, remind the KT & CL Department to check the quality of goods and input materials.
- Print goods inspection labels.
- Make inventory cards for raw materials and finished products.
- Arrange storage locations for raw materials when importing goods.
- Support and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor and report inventory every day and when there are discrepancies.
- Report fully and accurately information related to the warehouse when requested by the Department Head or Board of Directors.
REQUEST
- Graduated from College of Accounting or higher.
- Proficient in office excel.
