JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for tasks related to internal administration and accounting, from managing personnel and assets to accounting for invoices and preparing reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform tasks related to human resources, labor, insurance, etc.
- Address issues related to procurement and asset management. Control office administrative expenses.
- Track incoming and outgoing contracts.
- Support other departments in human resource management and act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and employees within the company.
- Checking and recording accounting invoices and documents.
- Track and record revenue and expenses incurred.
- Prepare management reports, fund reports, etc., as requested by the Board of Directors.
REQUEST:
- No experience required, students who haven't graduated yet are welcome, preference given to recent graduates from colleges and universities with majors in Human Resources Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Accounting.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, a strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
- Energetic, quick-witted, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good writing and document drafting skills.
- In terms of skills, candidates need to have: proficiency in Misa data entry, ability to use contract drafting software, experience with document reading, proficiency in data processing, and knowledge of financial reporting.
- In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: accounting, office administration, accounting and finance, a strong grasp of general accounting, and an understanding of internal accounting.
