MAIN TASKS

Order processing :

Receive orders from sales department or customers

Enter order data into ERP/CRM system

Monitor and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure delivery progress

Drafting and managing sales documents and records :

Prepare quotations, contracts, payment requests, invoices, delivery notes

Prepare bidding documents (if any) as required by the sales department.

Update and store customer records and contracts according to the system

Sales department support :

Update sales, revenue, and inventory reports periodically

Coordinate with accountant to reconcile customer debt

Support customer care related tasks (sending notifications, delivery schedules, debts...)

Support business-related logistics activities :

Prepare documents for goods (CO, CQ, Sales contract, Acceptance report)

Managed tracking of import - export - inventory of medical supplies
